Self-care empowerment relates to the use of nutrition, fitness and mental wellbeing techniques to manage symptoms, adjust to living with a chronic condition and improve our quality of life.

The first phase of the Self-care empowerment project will focus on identifying the best self-care strategies adopted by women with a) Endometriosis ; b) Polycystic Ovary syndrome (PCOS) ; c) Premenstrual syndrome.

Participants will contribute by completing short questionnaires, participating in informal discussions or testing new materials.
