Founder
Relying on her lived experience, background in legal & policy research and her passion for teaching & mentoring, she made it her mission to develop solutions to improve the quality of life of women living with reproductive health conditions; and, to mitigate the risk of isolation from the workplace of women affected by chronic & severe conditions such as endometriosis, infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or the menopause.
Gisela Abbam FRSA

Gisela Abbam is the Chair of the British Science Association, Global Goodwill Ambassador and also a Global Director of Strategic Partnerships and Company Officer at Abt Associates. Previously the first Head of Government Affairs for UK General Electric Healthcare.
Nathalie Talbot, PhD

Nathalie has an extensive experience working as an interpreter and consultant for charities & organisations. She published guidelines for working in a Mental Health setting on behalf of Freedom from Torture (a medical foundation for the care of survivors of torture).
Dr Swati Gola

After qualifying as a solicitor, Swati pursued her legal career as an academic. She is currently a Lecturer and Inclusion officer at University of Exeter. Her research focuses on health equity and human rights (including reproductive health) inter alia.

Freddy is an innovation and intellectual property consultant with experience in grant funding, business models, market research and healthcare and medical technology commercialisation. Freddy has supported numerous licensing deal negotiations and the creation of several spin-out companies.
Claire Gamble

Claire is the MD of PR and marketing agency Unhooked Communications, as well as founder of online training programme PR Unlocked. As part of her work, Claire advises leading international businesses through to fast growth startups about their PR and marketing. Areas of interest include health and wellbeing, as well as women’s issues.
Richard Tate

Co-founder of Y?Not , a Social Wellbeing company that is recognised by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, The Campaign To End Loneliness and The BBC Loneliness Survey. Richard spent 18 month in Papua New Guinea working with doctors and supporting the reproductive health of women on an island.
